1. Metal Tones
We offer renderings in three standard jewelry metal tones: Rose Gold, Yellow Gold, and White Gold.
The finish will be created based on the client’s preference, such as pure gold (14kt or 18kt) or rhodium-enhanced gold.
The chosen tone and finish must be confirmed prior to project commencement.
2. Color & Tone Accuracy
Our team uses IPS-certified displays for the most accurate color representation.
For best evaluation, we recommend the client view renders on an IPS-standard display to ensure consistent and accurate color comparison.
3. Quality Assurance
We aim for up to 90% accuracy to the reference image provided, provided the reference has not been digitally altered or enhanced.
CAD files must be supplied by the client in .3dm format.
If we are required to create the CAD model, additional charges will apply.
All necessary details must be provided before work begins; any changes after creation will be chargeable.
4. CAD & Change Requests
If CAD is created by us and approved by the client, any minor or major modification after approval will incur charges.
It is the client’s responsibility to review CAD files thoroughly before approval.
5. Allowed Free Changes
Up to two minor changes in rendering textures or effects are allowed free of charge.
Any major change beyond this scope will be subject to additional fees.
6. Default Output Specifications
Images: 1080 × 1080 resolution, JPEG format.
Videos: 1080p Full HD, MP4 format.
7. Approval & Feedback
Client feedback and approvals should be provided promptly, as delays may directly impact the project timeline.
8. Project Timeline & Payment
The project timeline starts only after full order confirmation and payment.
All final deliverables will be released only upon full payment.
Until payment completion, previews may be shown via online meeting (Zoom, Meet, etc.) for review purposes.
9. Creative & Subjective Nature
Rendering and visualization are creative processes and may have slight variations based on interpretation.
All evaluations should be compared with the agreed reference image for fair and consistent assessment.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Rendering results are based on the inputs, references, and CAD files provided by the client. We cannot be held responsible for differences arising due to inaccurate or incomplete information supplied.
Color, tone, and texture may appear different when viewed on non-calibrated devices, printed media, or under varying lighting conditions. Such variations are not considered errors.
Once the final files are delivered, we are not liable for any changes, modifications, or misuse of the renders by the client or third parties.
Our liability, if any, will be strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
